Guests are welcome to immerse themselves in the activities of Poggio Foco Farm, with guided tours to view the Maremma long-horn cattle and the wild boars in their natural habitat on the property. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the hiking paths on the Farm, mountain bike trails (the area is a veritable paradise for those who love this sport), horseback riding through the Mediterranean wilderness, not to mention our pond for sport fishing and the tennis court. We also have a playground for our young guests. From the swimming pool, which was designed to fit within the natural landscape, our guests enjoy a sweeping vista of Poggio Foco’s vineyards and of the magnificent Maremma sunsets. The farm produces organic grains, olive oil, cheese and wine; raises Maremma long-horn cattle and milk-producing sheeps, and it is a haven for wild boar. There are also three horses.
