After an active day, our restaurant offers entrees of traditional maremma cuisine prepared with many of the Farm’s organic products, including vegetables from our garden, maremma veal, lamb and wild boar, oil from our olive trees, goat cheese, even our homemade jams and marmalade. Before dining in the candlelit stone hall, guests may enjoy an aperitif of the local vintages in our wine bar.
